  • I think it should be legal because its harmless and too much time and money is spent combating it in the legal system. I don't smoke it. But, I do wish those that do would just STFU up about glamorizing it. I like beer, but I don't worship it.

  • Thanks to the LIBERAL laws in my state, it is basically is legal where I live. I can go buy top quality locally grown organic pot and hash as easy as a gallon of milk. I pay sales tax, the dispensary pays taxes and hires people and nobody gets killed in the process. Time to wake up, America.

      Ontario decriminalized pot for about a month a few years back. Our federal government overturned the law because of pressure from the US.

      I was pissed.

      Back when I was a soldier, I always found it retarded that I could drink my face off in the mess, but if I smoked a joint I would face charges in a military court and probably be dishonourably discharged.

      How backwards is that?

      I like your comment, it reminds me of how good it was when small businesses were more prominent. Unfortunately, corporations destroy small businesses every day and very quickly. If they legalize weed everywhere in the USA, the dispensaries will share the same fate. They will simply get outproduced, undercut and discarded just like many small businesses before them.

      Agree 100%. The funny thing is most of the dispensaries near me offer discounts for military personnel and a LOT of them here have red cards, so you're not alone. The tide is shifting.

  • I am glad that most liberal/conservatives/whatever will agree on this.

    It's simply idiotic that I can walk in a pub and get my self alcohol poisoning from drinking a whole bottle of spirit legally, yet I can get in trouble if I smoked one joint that would relax me and I would probably be watching a documentary about astronomy or playing video games.

  • Absolutely. I'm all for legalizing all drugs.

    People are going to get high whether or not drugs are legal. Legalization just takes the money out of the pockets of criminal enterprise.

    Unfortunately, the pharmaceutical lobbies will never let legalized pot happen. They'd have a hard time peddling their synthetic opiates if people had a less addictive, less harmful substitute.

  • The poll has a bias, the "No, im scared of the effects..." option should just say "No" You gotta make your polls fair.
    I think all drugs should be decriminalized and regulated, it would stop so many people from getting murdered over them, especially at their manufacturing source. The entire system needs to be changed, there is to much unnecessary bloodshed.

      I support the decriminalization and regulation of all drugs. I don't know any legitimate reasons to want marijuana to be illegal BUT that doesn't mean you should force people who actually might have a legitimate reason to share to seem ignorant by making their only option in the poll to be self incriminating.
