    he should of braked in the lane and took the car out head on in another situation he could have taken out a vehicle alongside or a pedestrian walking at the side of the road or simply overturned the truck.     • @KarlNapf No actually, he/she is right. When a loaded rig moves into dirt or off the road especially at that speed and loaded. They are out of control. If that trailer had jackknifed this accident could have wiped everyone on that road out from a flipping rig throwing its load into all cars on the road killing everyone.
