  • Poor cat. I don't mind them giving it a bath or anything, but they should at least try to do it quickly. You can tell its very frightened by the size of the pupils which are completely dilated because it's sympathetic nervous system is highly activated. Not being able to get away makes it even more distressing for the poor cat. I agree it looked a bit funny when trying to get out of the tub, but somehow it is not so funny when you see how scared it is.

They do say that long haired cats need to be bathed, but I don't know. Long haired cats exist naturally and they don't bathe. You can tell just by observing that cats get very stressed when bathed.
