For anyone that like heavy metal etc. 11 years ago my friends and I entered our high school air band competition, the rest you can read in the video. We should have won based on the effort and criteria but there was a big voting controversy between judges and school faculty, you will see why.

  • We were rock stars at our school for the last 3 months before we graduated, but we did lose to Van Halen, which was the big conspiracy that went on behind the scenes. A bunch of teachers told us that they didn't like the music but thought we did the best job and should have won.

  • That was funny....my old band when i was 16 played at our school,we got boozed up and played,had a right laugh....i think we were the only ones who enjoyed it,and we were called ringpiece...imagine that when we were announced.lol.

    Dude, not to be an ass, but if you actually took the time to read you would find out that this was an airband competition in high school 11 years ago. The goal was to "pretend" to be a particular band and "pretend" to know how to play the song.

    Ha! Those were the days, and anyone 10 or more years out of high school can definitely appreciate it much more than those just out. The reality of actually earning a life on your own and paying for your own shit actually does build character, More..
