Just looked for similar photos from over the years and realized this was taken @ New Smyrna beach! lol No surprise, we call them spinners but I think the official name is a black tip

I've been surfing @ New Smyrna Beach Florida for years. I've seen hundreds of sharks in the water and jump out of the water. no big deal, they are around people all the time under the merky water. why freak out when one jumps so you can see it?
