      Most Americans were trained and programmed from child birth to believe in a god because that is what their parents, grandparents, great grandparents, etc taught them. It is too difficult for them to think outside the social environment there were brought up in. Think for yourself? Hell no. They live in guilt and suppression and the dogma that religion provides.   • Bull shit. Natural selection changes things, and over hundreds of thousands or millions of years those gradual changes will seem dramatic.

    As for alligators evolving to a smaller size, why would they not? A little googling also reveals that the "plus-sized" gators/crocs died out around the time dinosaurs did. Less large prey and the big boys probably didn't do so well. Jesus...

  • Besides that this video ist talking about 2 different animals like todays krokodiles and aligators, there were several species which shrinked in size during evolution in order to adapt the new circumstances. This happens also quite quickly: There are several small island in greece where they put sheep. Because there is not much food and no predatror the sheep become 20% less big within a few generation and are going to begin a new race of sheep.
