Let's say that the altitude is affecting Obama's judgement -- that means that he isn't allowed to carry the codes to the nuclear arsenal above 3000 ft? Does he know that if the prez is on Air Force 1, that the effective altitude is at 40,000ft flying altitude is approx 7,000 ft?
