Poor download speed

Are you in any trouble regarding the download speed of LL wideos? My speed has dropped dramatically and I was wondering if LL new web upgrades recently is causing it or if it is just my Internet speed.
Any hints from you fellow LiveLeakers? :o)

PS
What about using Firefox browser? I cant download from LL with it. You know why?
