"1944: Home film of GI's in England"
I started watching an 82yr old WW2 GI veterans video's on YouTube back in 2006, When he began talking about his WW2 years he mentioned that he was stationed in my town in the UK shortly before D Day, in a park that was the view from my living room window,
I got in touch and he asked me to make a video of the park and his favourite pub, in the meantime my PC died and by the time I got back to him I found out he had died, I made a short video by way of a tribute that consisted of me lighting a candle in memory of Martin and his fellow GI's in a 13 century Chapel that was down the road from the park for his family and friends
