A nut job with absolutely no understanding of what it takes to float that garbage dump in a real ocean, not some mangrove swamp. In the end his little plastic oasis will disintegrate into a scattered field of floating bottles which will end up on all the east facing beaches in the North Atlantic. Project awareness indeed.
And of course he's taking a dump on his island paradise every damn day.
