They're accusations that've stunned the Boulder City Community: that a well-known teacher, soccer coach, and former police officer touched young boys inappropriately and recorded some of the acts.

Now, one mother claims her son is a victim of Charles Richard Rogers.

We're not releasing her last name for obvious reaons, but "Gina" says her family filed a report with police back on Friday.

Gina and her now 14-year-old son moved from Southern Nevada to Indiana, but she says the past has come to haunt them.

According to her, the guy she knew as Rick came into her son's life when he was in the 4th grade at Robert Taylor Elementary in Henderson.

She says her son also became close with Rogers' foster child.

"Alot of my family questioned why he was hanging out with his teacher so much, and I'd ask my son all the time, is anything happening, and he said up and down nothing was happening," she said.

Although the rest of the family had doubts, Gina looked at Rogers as a "good guy", and she says she trusted him with her son.

"He paid for my son to be on baseball teams. He bought him everything he wanted because I didn't have the money," she went on to say.

When the shocking accusations came to surface last week that Rogers was not only possessing porn but also allegedly producing it, she asked her son more specific questions about his relationship with the teacher.

"Pretty much we all start crying every time we talk about it," she said. "He finally told me, on the nights that he would stay the night, he'd say lets watch porn or what-not. Mikey would get scared and ask the older son to take him home."

Gina claims she respected Rogers enough to allow him to take her son to Disneyland and on a ski trip to Utah.

"He said that he touched him, and that's as much as I've gotten out of him, that he touched him."

This mother can't stop blaming herself for not finding out sooner. At the same time, she tells us her son can't stop blaming himself for not speaking out sooner.

"I feel like it's all my fault, and my son is blaming himself saying if he would've said something, he could've saved a bunch of other kids," she went on to say.

It's that feeling of shame, that she says her son will have a hard time letting go of.

She tells us she's already enrolled him in counseling, and plans to come back to Nevada if Charles Rogers goes to trial.

"I hope he rots in jail. I cannot believe he took the trust of parents and kids," she said.

Meantime, Boulder City Police are still reaching out for more possible victims - some featured in Rogers' alleged home-made child porn.

They believe dozens of victims may be involved in this case.
