CCTV:Argentina,its quite hard to see but you can get an idea of what happened to this unlucky man.You can see the banner come loose and a light fixture that the banner was tied to falls,it maybe fell from 50ft?.....on to the mans head.Unlucky person,it was a 31 year old male and happened recently.
