Well, it appears the kiddies at 4chan 'won the internet' recently by concocting a fake 'Justin Bieber has Cancer' hoax. As you read this, 1000s of kids everywhere are shaving their heads in support of Bieber(even though it has been declared a hoax).

It seems 4chan hacked(or faked) tweets from Entertainment Tonight breaking the news about Bieber. There are already 100s of youtube videos posted from fans showing off their shiny domes in support of Bieber.
