I played consistently for 4 years and my best ever break at snooker was 36. To complete a 147 is a sensation but to do it in competition is downright outstanding.
BTW, the usual special prize for a 147 in a major competition is 147,000 pounds (220,000 USD).
Also, for those of you that have never played snooker, the table is 12ft x 6ft. That makes it even more difficult.
