A TV news crew was filming a concert in the city of Sobral on Saturday June 16th when a man in a dark shirt pulls out a gun and fires it into the crowd (at roughly 0:19). According to the Military Police, a 17 year old teen was shot in the chest and a 20 year old man was shot in the arm, although neither injury was life-threatening. The suspect managed to escape in the chaos and remains on the run.
