So the MiG pilots who are alleged to bomb entire suburbs because of inaccuracy are now alleged to be able to bomb a 1 metre wide target?

Rasengan the chief propagandist for the FSA would like us to believe a "Mig 23" bombed the water supply pipeline. The only thing is the regime doesn't have to bomb anything they can simple shut of the water flow without any bombs or bullets as they did with other town/cities.
