I can't understand why not a single one of them hasn't decided to call an ambulance having seen that this isn't your average fall as he's not made your average noises or sounds.
He might be fine now but 4 hours down the line he could be bleeding into his head and have a stroke. If he's lucky he might be the cameraman for his mates. If he's not, they'll be gong to his funeral.
I only think about this stuck cos I've done first aid and health and safety courses and seeing people hit the ground li More..

Most people don't realize, or even have a clue to Subdural hematoma. Keep him calm, still and sitting up-right to keep excess blood from flowing to the head. And yes, call 911. Especially hearing the noises he's making.
