Brutal head-on collision with the offenders car hit twice

Stupid overtake leads to a brutal collision.
The accident occurred around 17:30 on February 24 733 km of Syktyvkar in the Komi-Cheboksary.

Terrbile display of driving and complete stupidity. I feel for the drivers of the two cars that were driving in the correct lane, but the driver who obviously was too stupid to remember what side of the road to drive on? Fuck you!!!!

Interesting that the car (with the dashcam) slows a bit when he sees the POS not able to make any headway passing the Truck.
Looks like the dashcam car slowed just enough to not hit the crash ahead.
At least some proof that 1 Russian driver that isn't an idiot.
