@BigMeanie You know, I was raised in the deep south. My folks were very very prejudiced. I was raised in the 50's and 60's and was taught to be that way. I went in the Army in 68 and changed my feelings for "colored" people. Over the years, my opinion on many things of race, homosexuality and so forth has radically changed. What ever you want to do it fine with me, but just dont be completely freaking nuts with it.

@tat2d I was born in Germany, (then West Germany) and I grew up in Colorado. My Grandfather was a Nazi and my Grandmother, while not that hardcore, also had racist connotations. They tried to instill me with their ideals. My mother however, (my father died in Vietnam) taught me to judge people based on their character, not their color. And growing up in an area with low crime and a "melting pot" of people, it was easy to be that way.

@BigMeanie Well, I really appreciate your reply. Im am sorry about your father. I was in VN from 68 to 73. I changed and judge people on their character and actions. I dont care about race and creed. I have to admit, once in a while racism gets forced on you from a particular situation, but that inb my opinion is for that particular person by what they have done. All races can be shit heads.
