Historic WWII Plane, B-17, Crashes in Illinois
A historic B-17 Flying Fortress, one of the types of aircraft that helped the Allied Forces win WWII has crashed in Aurora, Illinois. About 13,000 of these planes were constructed, nearly one-third were lost in combat, and today, fewer than 15 are flyable.
