Yesterday in Houston cops shot a double amputee in a wheelchair because the pen he was waving at them was a threat to the officers safety. BTW, the dead cripple was white.

A Police State is one whereby the Officers of the Law have the right to detain, search or arrest an individual based on anything the officer sees that is against whatever his task masters describe to him or her.
