Miami Reporter Arrested At School With Handgun

A Miami TV reporter was charged with trespassing on school property while carrying a loaded handgun. The irony: Jeff Weinsier of WPLG-TV was doing a story about school violence.

Was Weinsier trespassing or was he on public property? Judge for yourself. At one point, a burly cop is shown manhandling the cameraman. Moments later, Wiensier is handcuffed and led away from the school's perimeter.
