You are welcome. However, I think (and always thought) that the Venezuelan version is BS as the police car, its plates and the uniforms appear more Eastern European than South American.

Nope, but if you follow the 'update' link that I provided there is an explanation for that, i.e. that would be a Syrian community in Venezuela speaking very little Spanish... And if you Google 'Pregonero'+'ahogada' you will find several Venezuelan sites (in spanish) that give likeliness to that story, which I can't believe to be that of this video.
It may be two very similar but completely unrelated stories...
