Traveling at 200 km/h? Not likely. The fastest forward motion of a tornado has been recorded at 73 mph or 117 km/h.
Perhaps she meant the wind speed of the tornado itself.

@nowhereman1 I think he is talking about how fast the tornado moves as oppose to the wind speeds in and around the cyclone.
