  • In a statement, the sheriff's department said, "the suspect brandished a gun toward the deputies."

    No gun was found...

    • @kajidono Oh the big bad cops always get away with it and the citizens always get in trouble. Thousands of police officers get fired every year for misconduct.

    • @cruefan And thousands more get away with it. Try your bullshit on someone else.

    • @cruefan DO they get fired? the real question is.. HOW MANY ACTUALLY GET CAUGHT? I know the world is simple and all the answers are within a searchbars reach from your mothers basement but in this case the officer was in the wrong. No weapon was found at the scene and i'm sure these disgraceful racists billed the guys family for any damage done to the squad car.

  • Interesting that my paper last week for police patrols was about if police should be held responsible for killing a suspect if they think they have a gun. This man was old as fuck, and on a bike. I wrote in my paper that police usually are in fear for there life, and should not be held responsible for there actions if they legitimately feared that the person was armed AND dangerous. But god damn, this guy was old as hell, they could not tackle his ass? I mean seriously, he was on a bike, they co More..

  • I'm betting the deputies were hooning around and hit the bugger with the rest being all BS...

  • Welp charge the cop with manslaughter and let a jury of his peers decided. Id imagine that what they would charge anyone else with. If it turn out they lied charge them with murder.

  • Maybe just maybe he shouldn't have ran from da police.

  • Now we get to hear from people like Zardoz explaining to us that they ran him over for the fun of it, and because he wasn't white.

Obviously they thought he had a gun for a reason. Obviously he ran for a reason. Why don't they tell us how many felony convictions he had?

    • @ST0N3PONY You really think if he had any they wouldn't have led the story off with that?

    • @ST0N3PONY

They thought he had a gun for a reason? A gun wasn't found, so he didn't have a gun, so what was their reason?

    • @kajidono So, basically, you don't know much about California then...

They stopped him, one of them got out of the car to address him, and he ran. He didn't run for no reason.

Anybody who thinks they ran him over, because they were bored or something, is a retard.

    • @gyco "A gun wasn't found, so he didn't have a gun"

Logic fail. A gun wasn't found after he was stopped. He ran for a reason. You can make things up, and tack on empty speculation and conspiracy theory. etc. What you can't do is reasonably argue that he fled when they stopped him because he was Forest Gump and "just felt like running".

    • @ST0N3PONY And yet they ran him over, pinned him against a privately owned fence, damaging it, killed him, found no weapon or any reason to justify tearing up private property while killing an unarmed man on a bicycle, but that's perfectly ok with you cause they have a badge to hide behind.

And what if they pinned your kid under the fence in the process of running down this obviously dangerous serial criminal? But you didn't even consider that, cause BADGE, right?

  • A 69 year old man riding a bike through Inglewood at 1:30 am. Interesting, seeing that nobody rides a bike in L.A. Unless you are 12 years old or are training for the Olympics.

The other exception is if you lost your license due to a DUI. So I suspect the old man was coming home from the bar.

    • @SlimeyLimey All speculation and what if he did lose his license from a DUI are you implying that warrants a death sentence you fucking goof?

    • @DontFeedMyDog - I was just making an observation. I didn't lay blame with anyone. I'll never have all of the information, therefore I will never form an opinion about who was at fault. But if they did intentional ram him into the gate, that might be excessive. But I don't know, and neither do you.
