Ohhhh shut up .... You act as a hypocrit !!
First of all ... USA build their bases in the middle of cities. Its USA fault on this case too.
Second ... The insurgents dont have the same conditions to build weapons as a nation that is safe KMs alway distant.
Their weapons dont have technology, so they cant build Tomahawk missiles or similars !!
In comparison, west nations during WW2 launched missiles and bombs to enemy directions without any precision, mading blind shots and killing civilians.
