Not seen this before...
OK, as a movie fan I'm gonna say this is a TV film, 1978.
That's based on the black gal's hair style (post 'big afro' of the early 70's) and the lighting which has none of the chiaroscuro of film.
Let's see how I get on, based on the IMDB link supplied.
