I had the same thought. Saw a woman Going down the free way with the parking brake fully engaged the other day, she couldnt tell at all. Tried to tell her but she thought I was trying to flirt or something.

So over 1/2 hour.
BUT look at the shadow of the tree trunk to the left. In 1/2 hour the shadow would have moved due to sun overhead moving. But its in exactly the same place, indicating that the driver returned almost immediatly and the timer was added later to add the effect of being a CCTV.

Good point, I also think this is fake.
There is one situation where the shadow of the trunk will not move though: if the tree is somewhere on the line of the curse of the sun. The shadow will then get smaller and smaller until the sun is right over the tree and then grow in the opposite direction until sunset. But the shadow of the trunk will always be in the same direction.

Shadow does move, if you jump from 1 point to the other you see the shadow of the entire tree move a bit over. But that still doesn't mean this video is real
