  • Why would you put an R1 engine into such a shitty car? i'd rather have the R1 at that point...

    • @klaus123 A lot of hot rodders are concerned about engine performance and appearance. Safety and brakes are sometimes an afterthought.

My son has a 95 Buick Roadmaster with LT1 engine. Last year we put drilled and slotted brakes on with ceramic pads. Who would have thought a 4700 lb car could stop that fast. Excellent safety feature.

    • @klaus123

Not Corvette fast, but the confidence it inspires is awesome. My son was taking his ultimate Frisbee teammates somewhere and had to brake hard for accident avoidance and, I'm not sure, but I think they all said in unison, "damn." LOL.

      These are the ones: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-BR-62035L/

Yes, there are more expensive ones, but these rotors with these ceramic pads (http://www.summitracing.com/parts/SUM-16-052/) did very good.

  • No matter what engine you have under the hood, if you keep driving like that, is just matter of time for you to crash!

Nice engine sound and speed tho!

  • wow, even when you are looking too hard, you'll see the dents appearing in this car. Downright suicidal man, driving it beyond walking speed.

  • So he put a badass engine in an ill-handling car?

  • had to look up "oka", now it makes sense, doesn't look like weighs much, maybe bought the engine on ebay or something, nicely done

  • Pretty insane considering it cant handle for crap, brakes are crap and tires probably the size of the steering wheel. hopefully the mention items were upgraded along with the motor, also with a close call at 6:23. Other than that I wouldnt mind going for a ride in that car. Creativity is always interesting.
