At no time were the family or any other members of the public informed of his arrest, and it is understood that he was tried in a secret court without a Jury.

@mcgeemcgoo You skim the surface and make an completely erroneous assumption because you have absolutely no idea of what you are talking about.
David Hayes, has been challenging UK court jurisdiction and legality for the past few years and he has ceased to pay council (local) tax during this time. Furthermore, he headed up a group of citizens who performed a citizen arrest of a judge.
As for not showing up in court, you NEVER read the article.
