  • I like it when liberals and conservatives want their constitutional rights to be respected. With more arrests of innocent people I think that Americans will begin to appreciate what they have.

    Arrests like these should happen more often, because it will wake up the people.

  • She wasn't arrested, she was escorted out. Don't make things more than they really are.

    That said, the city council is nothing but a group of half-wits. Just let the woman get her allotted 2 minutes to speak, then notify her that her time is up. Then, have her escorted out. But at least give her the allotted time to speak.

      Is Arizona the only place this is happening? There's a reason there's an uprising of people are fed up. Even some of the toughest people to convince are now realizing that our countries aren't what they use to be, and it's only changing at a quicker rate.

      Just look at how history has taught us revolutions are necessary. Tyranny, corruption, deceit, lies - they have all taken place More..

      I understand that, believe me, I do. But there are many forums (not the internet kind) to speak or express yourself. At these city council meetings, everyone who wishes to speak is allowed to and they are given a certain amount of time to speak, between 2-5 minutes. That is a long time to get your point across. However, if the city council cuts you short because they do not like the message you are trying to convey, then that is wrong.

  • Wow local politics as usual. Happens all the time. Theyre at least lucky enough to be able to film them. Wonder if they actually arrested her for anything or they took her outside tased her and made up a resisting arrest charge. Although im not sure what she could be arrested for.
