Excuse me? A child of two is unsupervised long enough to walk on to a railway track to then be killed by a train, and you say no negligence? Sir, I think you should stand down from your post, now! Where was the mother/father/carer/responsible adult? What message does this send to other mothers/fathers/carers/responsible adults?
