Boy 2, killed by train

Superintendent Paul Brogden from the British Transport Police "...There is no suggestion of negligence."

Where was the mother/father/carer/responsible adult? What message does this send to other mothers/fathers/carers/responsible adults?

How many more children have to be killed by or because of their parents/carers/responsible adults before this country wakes up?
