"A 21-year-old man was shot in the head and killed while handcuffed in the back of a patrol car Saturday night. Now police have launched an investigation to determine what happened. How could he call her and talk to her while being handcuffed? Was he a contortionist? That is ridiculous.
Also, the gun found besides him did not have his fingerprints.
Why did the other dudes were left to go? They were in the same car where the drugs were found. It is called possession. Yet they let the white guys go.
The witnesses say they saw TWO cops outside the car when the gun was fired, but there was actually a third cop around that they do not mention.

@RugOutFromUnderYou Thanks. There are a lot of questions that still need to be answered, but mostly from the guy's side, not the cops. They seem to be screwed on the missed gun point, but nothing else really. I do like the he called me from the cop car statement. Never heard of cops letting handcuffed people talk on cellphones. FISHY!

A lot of things don't add up.. the phone call from a handcuffed person in the back of a car saying he has a gun and he'll see her at the jail.. how do you talk with your hands behind you? Why did he have a gun? The cops are screwed on the missed gun for sure, but i don't think they did it. He probably was trying to get rid of the gun (because they missed it and he didn't need a gun charged) and it went off. It happens. Only faults i see so far are him More..

They were talking to his buddies at the time so when did they have time to shoot him. Hell he could have had the gun, didn't want a possession charge and was trying to get rid of it when it went off.
Place the gun in the middle of his back.. his hands are cuffed and pressed against the gun.. you do a pat down.. easy to miss.

If they wanted to kill the guy they wouldn't do it in the back of the police car.They would of just shot the guy and said he came at us and we had to defend ourselves.Look up getting out of handcuffs on you tube it's not hard for a flexable person to get the handcuffs from behind their back to in front of them.

What could have possible happen?? Cops aren't perfect, I've heard stories of guns finding thier way into the jail. We've also seen SEVERAL stories about guns making it through airport security...which is ALOT more thurough that a search on the street. These guys are fucking stupid. There is a video out there that shows how easy it is to shoot yourself in the head. And reading into what the police type in a report and tear apart HOW they word things is stupid as well.
