I don't think it stirred much at all. Got some people upset for a week; the army decided it was within the ROE; and want to make more out of it than it is....
It hasn't changed anything about policy or the current course of the wars. Pretty mild as 'controversies' go.

its funny how you focus on wikileaks. i know they lied, but if they hadn't we would still have the official government story of only insurgents killed and no civilan casualties. wikileaks was severly biased, but so was our own government.
