My opinion: I doubt the authenticity of this video. Reasons for that are:

1) No faces of the attackers are shown which makes this suspicious.
2) The face of the victim is not shown which is rather unusual in execution videos like the execution of Mohamed Memed who's execution was leaked a few days ago.
3) The victim has a really long beard which hints at the possible fact that the victim is a salafist. However this can't be confirmed.
4) The victim refuses to kneel down when ordered to, which a hardcore salafist would never do. In other execution videos, victims are rather submissive.
5) The cameraman's laugh is quite unusual in an execution video (See execution of Mohamed Memed)
6) What other purpose would such a video serve than simply to tarnish the image of themselves?
