South Korea is amazing, I went to visit a friend from university a few years ago and she showed me around, it was awesome! I stayed with her family, they were amazing people. They constantly want to feed you and buy you things to a point where you become so embarassed...I wouldn't even dare to say "oh this cup looks lovely" because they would want me to take it with me!

That is true, compared to other cultures or countries korea is very friendly. But for the most foreigners it isn´t that easy to live in korea. But this depends ofc on the person!
