Teacher suspended after video of child abuse send to media

Hoegaarden, Belgium.
This happened in a school for childeren who are mentally 'behind'.
Video shows how the teacher, Carl A., holding a 14 year old student upside down, while putting his head in a bucket of wet cement, then draging him to the cleaning section(yea my english is poo) and hold his head under the crane.
