      Ovbiously no, but as you can see this is not the case. and even so, he could then have set up some warning dveices such those triangular reflectors, a flashing light or something, in a few words use common sense.

  • I think the truck may not have had a choice over where he stopped if you watch the car which hit him hit the side between the wheels which on this particular vehicle houses the brake force multiplier and hydraulic exchange, It is more than possible that the car damaged these and caused the emergency (spring brake) to activate as when the truck is hit further the front wheels are reluctant to rotate and the handbrake works only on the rear wheels.

    These people that think it's better to leave the cars where they end up "for evidence" need their head read.
    Just the other day there was an accident and every gets out blocking the road. I got out the car and said unless you want to get hit or cause another accident get your fucking cars parked. I then helped push one to a side street.
    No brains man, dumb as batshit.
