Spontaneous protests erupted in the capital of Dagestan, Shamilkala
(former Makhachkala). It all started at a time when Russian invaders
once again blocked a house with women and children, claiming some
"militants" who had allegedly staged a double martyrdom operation on the
outskirts of Shamilkala few days ago were staying in the house.According to local human rights sources, the invaders originally did not
release women and infants from the house. Later, they started
so-called "negotiations" with Mahmoud Mansour, who, as it turned out was the main target of the occupying forces.On Saturday night, about 300 residents of Shamilkala spontaneously moved
to the blocked house in the village of Separatornaya in an attempt to
prevent a new murder.Early Saturday morning, Mahmoud Mansour was killed by the Russians.
According to the invaders, he allegedly "threw a hand grenade" in the
direction of Russian special forces.
