Security Forces Kills 18 Armed Rebels In The Country

Kabul (BNA) 18 armed rebels were killed in mopping up operations by security forces.

Interior ministry press office said to BNA, the security forces
conducted 12 combined operations for cleaning of militants in the
outskirts of Kabul, Baghlan, Zabul, Logar, Khost, Farah and Helmand
provinces, in these operations, 18 armed Taliban rebels were killed, 2
Taliban were wounded and 15 others captured.

In these operations, 500 kg of narcotics, 37 different types of arms, 4
rocket launchers, 3 sets of communications, 11 heavy and light
ammunition bullets, 56 mines, 90 kg of explosive materials and other
military equipments, a motorbike and a vehicle of enemies were seized by
these forces.
