I agree.The dog should of released as soon as the command was given.If hyped up and excited maybe an extra chomp or two,but they shouldn't have to drag and kick the dog off of someone.I'm sure they use dogs with higher aggresion levels given the conditions they are working in.But the handler needs to have complete control over his dog.
