It's called an ACOG (Advanced Combat Optical Gunsight). It's a little 4x scope, not bad for close to medium-range combat. I honestly prefered the M68, since the ACOG would jiggle when you fired your weapon, but it wasn't bad for marksmanship work. Those EOTech holographic sights work pretty good, too.

The 240 was always a little too heavy for my taste. I'm a line dog, I'll stick with the M4. Or the SAW, I did enjoy using that weapon, too.

Some guys in my squad actually spent their own money to buy ACOGs to put on their rifles. I was too cheap though and preferred the issued CCO.
