Suat Aydin,34, who was wrongly jailed for the death of his children over 2 years ago,was shot by police outside the courthouse where doctors, who had been negligent with his children's health,were appearing charged with causing their deaths.

Suat,who had been waving a gun around,pointing it at police was shot in the stomach and taken to hospital.
