On that new inventors show that i think is on history channel, some guy invented a repell line for high rises just because of 9/11. Its a small box that has the line rolled up in it and you anchor it by putting the chain under a door and closing it. then you put the harness on and out you go. There is a hand break on it and everything. Its a reallllly good idea.

@Bthor420 It was invented long before 9/11. I saw one in my room on a high floor in Hilton hotel in South Korea in 1999. Red reel with belts and anchor. Manual was in Korean only though :)
