Q: ...so like, dejas-WTF-vue is going on?
A: Muslims in India. They like to live on benefits provided by India but their loyalty lies towards Pakistan & Bangladesh. This terror-riot was about not allowing "illegal" Muslim immigrants from Bangladesh to enter India. (August, 2012).
Q: Police? Military? Zombie Quarantine?

cannot arrest them. Muslims can commit acts of terror in the month of
Ramadan but the "secular" Government of India can't take any action
