If the camera guy did have an RPG or even a rifle they would have been screwed. This is one of the wars where I don't support either side. You've got a dictator abusing his power and his people on one side and a bunch on crazy islamists on the other. Both sides come with major problems for the country and the area.

you seem to be easy for glossing over and over simplifying things. The FSA did not start a religous war - Assad did, the FSA was formed after the massacres by defecting Syrian soldiers who refused to kill more unarmed civilians. If you deny that then you are really a lost cause. It has been splintered and yes there are atrocities being committed by both sides.

Looks cramped, but it lowers the profile. Some prototype of new tank I saw was completetly without turret, maybe they even planning to do it unmanned. Huge modern armies like Russain or American will turn to unmanned hardware soon IMO.
