"Hard is Not Hopeless". If things continue to go well in Iraq, then we should be able to bring many of our troops home soon. And our troops will know that they achieved a victory for America and for Iraq.
I really love those words. There's still Afghanistan, energy problems, the economy, immigration problems, etc, etc. "Hard is NOT Hopeless" ought to be the attitude we have as we deal with these problems.
