Deja vu or repost. Buuuut, seriously, it's kinda easy to keep this from happening. Just loose one arm, put a hand cuff on that and move it to the other arm and secure the hand cuffs etc. etc. They shouldn't be around guards without being restrained. They're in there for a reason.
