Terrible scene of 13 dead men laid by a wall in Deir Balabah, Homs, all shot in head or neck. It is unknown which side of the Syrian conflict they were on, some can be seen wearing part military clothing. The video has been uploaded by rebels claiming these are "civilians" which they clearly are not, showing how the propaganda is spun. They may be fighters from one or other side, captured and their weapons taken away from them, and killed. They are all men of fighting age in a district which is suffering from clashes between the armed factions and Syrian army.

This is what will happen to Syria if the Annan peace plan is not accepted in principle by the armed factions like it has by the government, because it cannot be accepted and implemented by only one side while the other continues fighting. The armed factions are taking their lines from the misguided foreign backers who have their own agendas, who are saying openly that the Annan peace plan is a "joke" and that it should not be accepted, and that the factions should fight a guerilla war to overthrow the regime. However, a guerilla war cannot defeat the Syrian army and would turn Syria into a terrible place. The plan is obviously to create so much death, destruction and suffering until a Bosnia style intervention can be sold to the Western public without the backing of the UN security council.
