What does a father need to do to deal with these immature actions... The
only ones that suffer are the kids.. I've tried talking to this girl, I
pay my child support, I'm not behind, she doesn't work and lives off
the system and my child support money that she gets.



Now, she's going to have the guts to take my daughter to a psychiatrist
on the very next day and say that my daughters "anxiety of separation"
is "getting so bad that she had to get an officer to make her go with
*her own father." She got them to prescribe PROZAC in liquid to a 10
year old... My daughter does not need any medicine.. The mother is the
one that needs to get mentally checked.. I give you my word.. i have
some crazy stuff that she does and other friends and family that agree
with me. I can't even do anything with it unless I get money for a
lawyer... If you are able to help me I'll update you with the progress
but I have to try something... I don't qualify for legal aid. THANKS LL
FAM..

  • Fuck I hate watching this. I feel bad for you dude. Angry mothers using the kids against you. So frustrating. Film everything so if you wind up in court you will have evidence.

  • I went through this same shit with my ex.
    The kids know what is going on and will know who is at fault.
    Don't fight with the ex in front of the kids.
    My kids are older now and spend more time with me than there mother.
    Hang in there.

  • sorry bout your situation, bro. I'm a father of young ones as well and can't even begin to think how I would feel if I COULDN'T see them. I have a friend in a similar situation. He pays a huge amount in child support and the ex lives with her parents and refuses to get a job. She uses the money for herself. It's sad but he pays because he is told to do so. His only request is to see his kids on a regular basis and not have problems with his psycho ex.

  • I would love to hear your update when your kids are 18 and HATE mom and don't want anything to do with her psycho ass....What she was doing to that poor little girl was child abuse and she should lose custody!!

    • @FutboleroR10 Yea, sad thing is that there is no such thing as walking into the "court" and showing them your stuff... You either represent your self and do the leg work or hire an attorney.. I normally work 10 hour days... But I'm trying to document everything, so when the time is right.. Hopefully it helps me out!

  • she didn't get pregnant by herself. he should be able to see his daughter and take her places unless she's in danger when she goes with him. i hate it when parents put their kids in the middle and use them against each other, and that is clearly what the mom is doing. disgusting.

  • I think you can represent yourself. Request a new custodial visit hearing and submit this video and any others for review. The court should then see that your kid(s) are brought to the courthouse, to be picked up for your visits with them. It is proper that you request this scenario and it should be granted.
